How do you know?

This was a question I heard over and over again throughout most of my life.  How do you know this?
I never had an answer that would satisfy the person asking it. I just knew.
Well, now I have an answer to that question.  Now I know how.
A few years ago, I had an experience that I quantified as terrifying at that time. A group of Beings my Grandmother's essence brought to me, decided it was time I experienced the saying "we are One with everything".
It was during an event called Sound Bath, where a woman from Southern California was invited to come to a small town North of me to share her voice, crystal bowls, gong and light show with a large group of local people. I was enjoying the continuous flow of sounds with my eyes closed, until this group of Beings decided I was not going to resist them and started to expand my Essence and energy field way beyond what I've ever experienced in my shamanic work.  I started to feel I was pure energy, I felt my identity as a Being dissolve and I became One with the whole Cosmos. I felt as if all molecules that held me together were going to explode into pure consciousness.
And it probably did.
I was never the same again.
What I always told my students about being part of an invisible web that connects everything and thus all we need is to ask and the answer comes became intrinsic to me. It is not just a knowing, it is a reality.
That is why I say things people can't understand how I know it. Some even say I probably read a book about it. Lol, I never read anything other than fairy tales, novels, and biology. So, no, I have always known we are all part of the All, but now I experienced it so I can tell others "how do I know."
